Marisol Rosa

Marisol Rosa brings nearly a decade of experience in administration and operations across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She studied English at UMass Dartmouth, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and critical thinking.

Following her studies, Marisol built her professional career in customer service and operations within the food industry, advancing into administrative roles at a gourmet food distributor and later serving as an Inventory Compliance Agent for a large-scale distribution company. These experiences strengthened her expertise in coordination, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Marisol later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she served as Program Director at an art museum. In this role, she led cross-functional teams, managed complex operations, and executed high-impact programs serving more than 3,000 participants annually. She continued her work in nonprofit leadership as a Development Manager at a community center in the Greater Boston area, supporting fundraising, operations, and community engagement for an organization serving more than 5,000 individuals.

Returning to the South Coast, Marisol joined our team as an Administrative Coordinator, bringing with her a decade of experience in coordination, leadership, and organizational support.

Outside of her professional work, Marisol is deeply passionate about the arts and wellness. She actively engages in creative practices including dance, poetry, and painting, and has been a dedicated yoga instructor for nearly ten years. She teaches both adults and children in schools, community gardens, studios, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, integrating mindfulness and movement into diverse community settings.
