Gail Bourgault - Director of Employee Benefits

Gail Bourgault is a seasoned Employee Benefits Specialist with over 30 years of experience helping businesses design and manage comprehensive benefits programs. She is deeply committed to supporting both employers and employees by identifying cost-effective benefit solutions that align with organizational goals while keeping employee expenses manageable.

Currently responsible for managing over 100 insurance accounts, Gail oversees the full lifecycle of client service—including account supervision, plan quoting, employee support, and issue resolution. Each year, she conducts thorough market reviews to ensure clients are receiving the most competitive and valuable benefit offerings. In addition, she introduces and sells complementary products that enhance overall benefits packages.

Gail is also the administrator for EASE, a Human Resource Management platform that streamlines online onboarding and benefits administration. Through this platform, she helps clients adopt modern, digital solutions to simplify HR processes and improve the employee experience.

She holds the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation, reflecting her advanced knowledge in group benefits.  Her background also includes extensive experience in customer service, cost accounting, and investment support, which adds depth to her client-focused approach.

Beyond her professional life, Gail is dedicated to community involvement and supports charitable organizations focused on helping children. She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with her fiancé, Bill, and her two sons, Nicholas and Evan.
